Emerald Lake @ Tongariro

The Tongariro Alpine Crossing is known as the best one-day hike in New Zealand, and one of the best in the world.  The look of the terrain changes throughout the trek and gives you glimpses of moon like valleys, active volcanoes, and beautiful lakes.
